At a young age of 16, Branka started her carrier in the beauty Industry as a Hairstylist. Originally from Croatia/ Bosnia, Branka was born and raised in Germany where she acquired her skills in Top Salons in the Stuttgart ( Germany ) area. Quickly She realized her passion for the Job, after having clients leave happy from each visit with her. “ It brings me Joy to Me to make people feel good about themselves and connect with so many different individuals from all kinds of different backgrounds. I truly enjoy having one on one sessions, listen & consult individual needs.”
Branka struggled for years from alopeicia which affected her Hair, Eyebrows and Eyelashes. She beliefs it was her calling because she always struggled with it to become a master of all things Hair. Originally from Croatia, Branka worked in Top salons in Germany. Mainly doing Hair she quickly discovered her love for detailed work which ultimately led her into becoming a Brow & Lashpro.

At Azzura Haus of Beauty, we’ve always been more than a place for exceptional treatments. As we’ve grown, I felt a deep calling to lean further into the impact I wish to create in our community. I partnered with a Philanthropic Matchmaker to align our business with a nonprofit organization that reflects our values and passions.
Growing up in Germany with a multicultural community and my own roots in Bosnia / Croatia, my love for cooking and bringing people together has been a way to honor my roots and celebrate connection. Food has always represented care, culture, and community—a reminder of where I come from and what truly matters.
I’m thrilled to announce that Azzura Haus of Beauty is now partnering with The JK Community Farm, a nonprofit devoted to providing fresh, organic fruits, vegetables, and proteins to food-insecure areas around our nation’s capital. A portion of all gift card sales will go directly to supporting their incredible mission.

Branka moved to Washington DC , USA in 2014 and decided to specialize in the art of Lashing and advanced Brow enhancment as we know it today. Branka then dedicated her all, invested in her skill and attended various trainings here in the US but also overseas.
After taking several trainings ( trainings are ongoing, Branka believes in continued Education) and practicing Her skill day and night, Branka focused on providing the best service possible and gained quickly a prestige and loyal Cliental.
Over the years Branka has gained over 20 Years of International experience in the Beauty Industry and is now Washington DC’s go-to for top quality, precise, sanitary, and long-lasting Eyelash Extension, Brow enhancements & Permanent Make up. Branka is an multiple certified Brow & Lash Artist & Educator.

our newest addition to the Azzura Team! Sarah is our leading Skin Care therapist. As a licensed Esthetician and registered Nurse, we can not wait for you to meet and her expertise in the treatment room.
After over a decade working in critical care all over the North East and here in Washington DC, She understands the attention to detail and undivided attention to care. What makes Sarah stand out is her personable & warm personality and her passion for giving & learning.
Sarah graduated from the Aveda Institute of Arts and Sciences. Sarah's love for aesthetics and corrective skincare in a more holistic approach lead her to seek out continued education after she graduated,

Besides work Sarah loves to indulge in her own selfcare which includes Yoga, dance and reading. She loves spending time with her 7 yrs old niece & family that still lives in Sarah's hometown in western New York.
